Hi, I'm Helena, your dedicated spa therapist, and I'm here to elevate your wellness experience in the tranquil oasis of Balestrand, Norway. With over ten years of experience in the spa industry, I have mastered my craft to provide you with a range of specialized services designed to make you look and feel your best.
My journey began as a beautician, where I specialized in massage, facials, hair removal and makeup artistry. Over the years I have perfected these skills to ensure that each client receives the utmost care and attention.
While striving for excellence in all areas of the spa world, I pursued additional education to master the art of pedicures and manicures. This additional training complements my extensive skill set and allows me to offer you a holistic spa experience from head to toe.
My passion for beauty and well-being led me to work with famous brands such as Ingrid Millet, Skeyndor and Decléor, Thalgo, CND, Elemis… My thirst for knowledge took me to London, where I attended a massage therapist academy, specializing exclusively in Elemis treatments. This journey took me on to work in the US and the Caribbean, where I added international experience to my repertoire – I have also been trained in advanced body and face contouring techniques, to ensure that the desired look is within reach.
With international experience from work in the USA and the Caribbean, I bring a world of knowledge to Balestrand. I have been the right hand of managers in prestigious 5 star hotels and mastered the art of luxury hospitality.
